Australia Awards Cambodia Executive Skills for Inclusive Development

Square Circle delivered the Digital Regional Delivery of the Short-Term Award in Executive Skills for Inclusive Development for executive and senior leaders from Cambodia, Vietnam, Laos and Myanmar.

Delivered for Australia Awards Cambodia, the program drew on a range of digital modalities and learning platforms to support Australian Alumni to advance inclusive development outcomes in their organisations and spheres of influence. Key to our approach for this program was Square Circle’s ‘The River’ and ‘The Terrain’ pedagogical framework, where course participants develop a vision for inclusive development.

Another feature of the program was the inclusion of Gender Equality, Disability, and Social Inclusion (GEDSI) specialists from all participating countries in the design and delivery of a session on understanding social inclusion and exclusion in the region.
